We Are OPEN....but differently!!
Good Afternoon – due to the recent announcement from the UK Government we have had to make some changes to the way we are open (as of Monday 4th January 2021).
Things will be rather different to enable us fully respect Social Distancing and minimise the risk of cross infection, and day to day there will be less of us in the business so please be patient and bear with us.
Our Sales Department will operate as an "Online" operation. This will mean the vast majority of any purchase will take place via phone calls, email and potentially video. Sales remain active, with us still within the business, but we must move to a "Click and Collect" or "Home Delivery" style of operation.
We will be working as smaller teams and, while the Showroom is not open as per the Government announcement, please work with us here.
We will try and offer as full a purchase experience as we can, things may take a little longer to carry out, with some different routines.

Please note - Motability purchases continue as normal, with the scheme remaining open.
Peugeot continue to deliver new and used cars to us and the factories remain open and building vehicles.

We will be operating as normal continuing to respect Social Distancing and 2 m. We will continue to operate separate drop off and collection facilities. Drop off of vehicles is done using the Reception desk in the main showroom, with collection of your completed car taking place in the usual Service Reception area in the Workshop/Aftersales building. This enables us to keep to the 2 m Social Distancing requirements. The Showroom Reception desk remains open to allow us to receive in the bookings, but please bear in mind that the main display area of the showroom is currently closed.

Please drop off your car the day before - this will enable us to sanitise your car before we work on it, we will do this again before you collect it.
Payment by debit/credit card or direct bank transfer - no cash or cheques as we are unable to process these at present, as we have team members home working.
Only 1 at a time in the Service Reception area as it is only a small area, and please remember to wear a face covering at all times when inside our buildings.
Service will be open 8.00 am to 5.15 pm but we will close to allow team members breaks at 12.30 to 1.30. Please note the business will no longer be open on a Sunday during this Lockdown, Sales Close at 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Service and Parts remain closed at the Weekends.
During these unprecedented times, we ask for your patience - we will work to ensure that our customers are contacted as quickly as possible but it may take a while longer for us to return your call. We may offer a quicker response via email, using the above email addresses.
The health and wellbeing of all our customers and colleagues is our highest priority and we will continue to do all we can to support you during this time.
We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and any updates will be posted on our website and on our social media channels. We anticipate these measures being in place until Mid February 2021.
