We Are OPEN!!!
Good Afternoon – we have exciting news - we are reopening our business from Monday 11th May 2020!
Things will be rather different to enable us fully respect Social Distancing and minimise the risk of cross infection, and day to day there will be less of us in the business so please be patient and bear with us.
Our Sales Department will operate as a distant "Online" operation. This will mean the vast majority of any purchase will take place via phone calls, email and potentially video.
Test drives will not be permitted as our insurance requires a test drive to be accompanied by a member of the team, something we cannot easily do while remaining 2 m apart.
We will be working as two smaller teams - Tom and Anthony will be in on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with Andrew and Mark in on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The Showroom is not yet open to the public as it difficult to enforce the 2 m requirement - please work with us here.
We will try and offer as full a purchase experience as we can, but after 6 weeks of closure it is a very different world we are returning to. Things may take a little longer to carry out, with some new and untested routines. Please bear with us.
Sales can be contacted direct on 01625412403
If you are currently waiting for your new car order, please email your Sales Executive direct:-

Please note - Motability Sales are currently paused by Motability while we wait for the scheme to reopen. We can advise you on current scheme Initial Rentals, and we can also update on existing orders – we hope to know more towards the end of the month.
Please contact Service on 01625412401 or Parts on 01625412402 - you may need to leave a message.
We will be operating as two teams so we can respect Social Distancing and 2 m:-
Keon Raked, Simon Cobham and Rod Shatwell
Chris Cheal, Sam Sheridan, Mick Hill and Nick Durrant
Myles Hall will be looking after Workshop Control as normal.
You can email us direct using:-
By running as two split teams it enables us to maintain 2m between each other but does mean that we may take a little longer to answer telephones etc. - please bear with us.
We cannot currently offer loan cars or a waiting facility as these run a greater risk of cross infection – your safety is paramount to us.
Please drop off your car the day before - this will enable us to sanitise your car before we work on it, we will do this again before you collect it.
Payment by debit/credit card or direct bank transfer - no cash or cheques as we are unable to process these at present, as we have team members home working.
Only 1 at a time in the Service Reception area as it is only a small space
Service will be open 8.00 am to 5.00 pm but we will close to allow team members breaks at 10.30 to 10.45, 12.30 to 1.30 and 3.00 to 3.15.
During these unprecedented times, we ask for your patience - we will work to ensure that our customers are contacted as quickly as possible.
The health and wellbeing of all our customers and colleagues is our highest priority and we will continue to do all we can to support you during this time.
We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and any updates will be posted on our website and on our social media channels.
With best wishes
